Is there a minimum term?
Standard engagements are month-to-month with a 30-day notice period after the first three months. The minimum initial term is three months — this protects the investment in onboarding and lets us deliver real results before any decision to wind down. Team engagements typically run on a 12-month engagement with rolling renewal.
How are invoices issued?
Monthly in advance, payable on or before the commencement of services. We issue tax invoices in your preferred currency (AUD or NZD), GST-inclusive where applicable. Payment by direct debit or EFT — credit card surcharges may apply.
What's covered by the 30-day guarantee?
If your matched professional isn't working out in the first 30 days for any reason, we replace them at our cost — no extra recruitment fee, no service fee, no penalty. You only continue paying once a replacement is in place and meeting your expectations.
Are there setup or recruitment fees?
No recruitment fees — no contingency placement fees and no finder's fees. Vetting, matching and ongoing account management are all included in your monthly fee. There is a one-off setup fee covering onboarding, system access and getting your professional fully integrated with your team; we'll walk you through it on your discovery call, so there are no surprises. After that, your monthly fee is all-inclusive.
